Reiko is given a new case, a serial killer who uses a tattoo needle as a murder weapon. Following the case, Reiko and Nozomi uncover a secret organization run by Jun. Jun is a woman without a heart, but she does have a tattoo on her back from the same artist who inked Nozomi's. Reiko tries to sacrifice her body to save Nozomi, but the gangsters will not be easily satisfied.
